I love it walking really fast, usually people don't like to walk with me for I'm always miles ahead ;o)

Swimming is the best exercise in particular for the elderly because there is less stress on the joints and can exercise all body parts.
Swimming the breast-stroke can burn 600 calories an hour for a 130 pound person.
