Hiking is a pretty solid aerobic exercise that burns around 400-700 calories per hour. This is great on its own, but aerobic exercise also has a really positive effect on your brain: it improves your memory.

Oh yes i know & i'm addicted!
i need all those happy endorphins i get from the exercise but also from breathing in the beauty of our hills & wildlife!!
And when i know i'm alone i do hug Trees!
