It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers

I always drink water when I get up; you've been 6+ hours without consuming water so it makes sense to do so. I have breakfast after 1 hour of waking/getting up. First, a cup of coffee. Thanks for posting, very interesting!

Drinking that much water at any one time would make me sick. Even a sip in the morning nauseates me. Unless I have lost a lot of water through sweating I don't really get thirsty, and only then can I really consume plain water.

Drinking water is good for you. Beyond that, I would take the rest of the article with a grain of salt. Drinking water alone is not going to cure diseases
