The Koch brothers are self serving beasts who are trying to control everything any way they can. David Koch is on the board of trustees of the Boston PBS station. Help turf him from the board so that he can't use that position to spread lies.

I can't think of a less qualified man, apart from his brother, to be on the board of PBS. He has NO interest in anything that benefits the public, nor anything that warns the public of evils to come - like his own family businesses. His agenda and public broadcasting's are polar opposites. He stands for private greed at the expense of the world, ALL of the public, everywhere. He can buy his own media machine, really already has through the foundations he and his brother have created and support, public broadcasting has to remain the counterbalance to this man and his brother. Or we all go the way of the dinosaurs these two are, literally.

S&N, I couldn't sign this petition fast enough and they can't get Koch of this board fast enough. The man is only there to push his own agenda and get complete control over the media. His presence on the board is not just a conflict of interest, it is a Gordian knot of interests. Don't bother to untangle it, just hack it in two as Alexander did.

Noted & signed. TY, Lynn! I used to trust PBS for unbiased balanced programming; but that was before Koch became an "underwriter". Koch Bros. money speaks the same whether it's PBS or any other forum; & the bottomline is always greater profit for them & rape of the environment & fellow citizens of the world. And, the (G)reedy (O)bstructionist (P)lutocrats still have the audacity to claim PBS has "liberal media bias". Head banging unbelievable! I would LOVE to see Koch removed from public broadcasting bc he/they have no regard whatsoever for societal common good.

Noted, signed and shared. I have signed several petitions to remove this POS. This is what happens when congress cuts support for public broadcasting. They need money and I imagine it was hard to turn down his millions. I just hope they didn't sell their souls to the devil doing so, but I'd lay odds they did.

Petition signed.

Get and kick David Koch off the board of trustees of a PBS affiliate in Boston.
The integrity of these programs is in jeopardy with David Koch attempting to control
PBS with his money.

ty, lynn.

The family business was started by Fred C. Koch, who developed a new cracking method for the refinement of heavy oil into gasoline.[2][3] Fred's four sons litigated against each other over their interests in the business during the 1980s and 1990s.[4]
Charles G. Koch and David H. Koch the two brothers still with Koch Industries are affiliated with the Koch family foundations

Very glad to sign. Noted. Many thanks for posting, Lynn.
People should also note the corporations that are "supporting" various shows on PBS. When I saw The Carlyle Group had funded something, I quit watching it......
