Ok,Everyone this is my first petition. It is something I believe in because to many just go right back. Most do nothing in prison to better themselves. Most do not have the opportunity.I thank You all for allowing to present it here on care2.So many become institutionalized, there for becoming depending on the state or the Government to care for them. They actually feel safer in a setting like jail or prison. They do not have to work and be productive. The cycle does begin.
