Good luck with that Rubio. You are NOT a man for our times. Glad the GOP sees him that way...let their ship sink yet again.

"RUBIO: The government can’t change the weather. I said that in the speech. We can pass a bunch of laws that will destroy our economy, but it isn’t going to change the weather."

Au contraire, Senator. The government most certainly can. Have you NOT looked around you lately? Have you not heard that 12 of the 15 hottest years on record have occurred in the immediate past? Have you not noted what climate science has been predicting for years, that as the ice packs melt, storms will grow stronger, longer, fiercer and faster? We get a storm of the century every other month now. Governments can indeed change the weather, that is what we all have been busy doing for the last century.

Here's the part about your silly comment that I find most amusing, for you personally, not the citizens of your state, but if both polar ice packs melt and the Greenland Ice sheet goes too? Well, I saw a graphic in An Inconvenient Truth of what that will look like and about 60% or more, of YOUR state will be underwater. Hope you live in a submersible house Senator, cuz you're going to need it...

Gene, you are on a roll lately and I keep trying to send you stars but can't - it does seem if any governor should be concerned about global warming, it should be Rubio. But the boy is young and inexperienced and just doesn't get it, does he?

Anyone who denies climate change is either out of touch with reality or has something to gain by denying it. Rubio is so obsessed with becoming the next Republican presidential nominee that he'll say anything to stay in good graces with his party and its corporate backers, and we all know that large corporations are the biggest offenders when it comes to carbon emissions. Since the Republicans are seriously courting the Latino vote, Rubio could be a serious contender. I can't see him changing his tune anytime soon...

Noted. After that rebuttal he gave, he doesn't have much credibility with many. This just ices the cake. Progressive media has chewed him up and spit him out already. The only people paying attention are FuxNoise viewers....and I think they snooze more than they actually watch.

Well, good. This means that the new "Champion" of the GOP, is just another dumb schmuck, regurgitating the same lame effluent.
