First I thought this man was a hoaxer but Dr Jason Lisle is the Director of ICR and did received his Ph.D. in Astrophysics from the University of Colorado. Trying to combine his presuppositional apologeticism with such an extraordinarily rational science must have put the poor man under enormous pressure. It also must have given him the idea that other Christians might start to think rationally too and may even come to their senses and question some aspect of the bible. This "cultural shif"t must be truly terrifying to him, because he can't deal with it himself.

Let me get this straight - Noah and his family were the Only survivors of the Great Flood. Okay, then that could explain where this guy, and most of the GOPTP, comes from. Inbreeding to repopulate the world. They're the products...

If Dr. Lisle interprets the bible literally and believes in the "great flood" and a universe that was created in seven days, that's his privilege. However, he doesn't have the right to criticize those of us whose ancestors walked the earth millions of years ago and have benefited from the process of evolution and have the cranial capacity to prove it. We believe that fairy tales are for children.
