This isn't over yet and while the good news is that Open Internet is still afloat and in time even may become seaworthy, there are still a few Republican ( Cable Giants) storms to get through.

I think what really bugs the "powers-that-be" is that they simply don't have the control they want to have over ordinary citizens lives because of the Internet.

From personal knowledge I would say that France has the best internet infrastructure and when I hook up to Wi-Fi in France it's just as fast as what I have at home in Portugal,Norway is also very good.
