2000 hens died on Qandil Lawalha's poultry farm after it was hit by a storm. That was more than half of all the hens he owned. Located in Rafah, a city near GazaâEUR(TM)s border with Egypt, the farm had previously been shelled by Israel in summer 2014.

It's disgusting that they should have to endure this . . .

Terrible, cruel and a disgrace. Shame on Netanyahu!

End the blockade-siege of Gaza and all U.S. aid to Israel, now!

Thanks for posting, Carrie.

If they can't kill them quickly by calling them terrorists and bombing them, the Israeli government kills the people in Gaza slowly with a blockade and thereby by denying them any aid, no matter what the circumstances.
It's little less than slow genocide and it is disgusting.

Noted. Thanks for posting, Carrie.
What kind of hope for the future do children have when they have to live like this?
Agree with others above comments that this is cruel and totally disgusting.

I seem to remember reading about the pump situation in the past. Excuses are used to withhold these necessary tools. I do not like feeling helpless. If you haven't signed...

Husam asked a question that is constantly on everyone’s minds in Gaza: “How much longer do we have to live like this?”
Nancy's petition signed.

Noted with disgust, disdain. The world is a vale of tear. The globe's "We The People" have got to take things in their own hands soon. A revolution. For survival of us, Earth and all living. Signed Nancy's petition. Thanks Carrie for more hard to take, ugly truth.
