If you cast your minds back to one of the original Republican Debates months ago, he was the only one who WOULDN'T endorse any other candidate, if he WASN'T nominated.

He doesn't play by the same nepotistic capitalist rules that other Republicans play by.

And yet they both still endorse him. Ryan has no worries about losing his seat, McCain does, but hey guys, grow a backbone!

The meltdown of Donald Trump has been pretty spectacular in it's speed. He was barely the designated candidate when the Republicans got cold feet. I understand that they are considering Mike the Headless chicken to be his replacement as frankly Mike Pence is a man who if you asked a penny for his thoughts would give you back change.

Louise, I love your characterization of Pence!
Rumpy was not "viscously" attacked, but, from inside his emptiness it may have felt that way. On another posting, I suggested that "One can not puncture Rumpy's ego…he has not got one, and that is his problem: he is empty inside, there is no one home! It would be sad, that he is so emotionally dysfunctional, except that he poses such a potential threat to the country, and the world. His presence on the political scene has ben seen as validation for the bigots, and other right wing bozos, and we will have to deal with that, whatever happens to Rump."

Good evening and thank you for this article - which i read and noted- WAKE UP AMERICA =trump is not in this to help anyone else but himself- he wants to be KING OF AMERICA AND DICTATOR OF THE WORLD and will step on anyone who gets in his way or says he is wrong- trumps mind is made of quick sand- nothing survives every thought that enters- is swallowed up by his ego-and what comes out of his mouth is LIES-LIES AND SWORN TO ,LIES -he can watch a news reporter make a statement like today and show a video and when it comes out of his mind and mouth -it is totally turned around and a total lie - the news reporter told the story of the return of the 400 million dollars to IRAN that was their own money from 1979 -that we kept because we did not want to sell arms to the shar ---and the news reporter showed the video of the plane carrying our american hostages being released in switzerland -the 2 were not connected - but trump claims he saw the money being unloaded from the plane--- he said was in IRAN - therefore he claimed the money was ransom- oh my goodness how dense is this guy---PLEASE GET REGISTERED IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY and please go vote in NOVEMBER to stop this sexist-racist-bigoted- egomaniac bully from taking over our great country for his own enrichment -and we must stop his KKK WHITE NAZI -SKIN HEAD FOLLOWERS from getting elected to congress and senate- trump has david duke running for DAVID VITTER's seat in THE SENATE FROM LOUISIANA - get family-friends-and neighbors to go vote also -sincerely KAY M.

Very astute observation Arild, and exactly what both Clinton and Trump have been doing for ever.
