I use to do a sun salutation every morning. Now, I just salute a bowl of sugary cereal. Time to regress.

I also start my day with yoga poses that give a good stretch. It feels wonderful.

Noted. I think I will save this. I have chronic pain and if I can do it, maybe it will help lessen my pain. If anybody knows if this will help, please go to my page and leave me a message. I do need to get rid of some of this pain (without the use of pills), and lose about 10lbs. Thank you to anybody who can help.
