Gladly Signed. I don't like Target anyway cause nothing is truly on sale worth the time to go there. WalMart or Sam's Whole Sale is Shop Till You Drop great prices.

Petition signed.

Did not realize conditions were bad at Target. Target must be following the bad examples
of wal-mart.

Looks as though WalMart has met its match! Making huge profits at the expense of its employees is a no-no! The 99% aren't taking it quietly any more...

Signed and noted. Thanks, Nancy!

I've refused to use this store chain for over a decade because their placement of their stupid stores by eradicating existing neighbourhood sections is offencive to me as well as their rivalling Walmart in lousy employee relations. I will continue to total-boycott Target until the store closes down and goes bankrupt.

Oh, my, are they ever in need of unionization. Boycott Target and Walmart. Apparently, these greedy CEO's aren't making enough money.

Done. Corporations have pushed the limits of everyone, they want labor for as little to nothing as they can get.

All Target stores?

signed. Also heard stories from former Walmart employees in Southern Oregon. Seems the big stores (once they muscle out mom and pop businesses ) can treat the local serfs any way they please because there are few jobs left to apply to. Amazing they don't just give the employees a rug to sleep on and a pan of drinking water while they lock them in at night and keep them working til they drop.

Worked at Target, and would NEVER consider working there again. Worst job I ever had; they couldn't care have cared less about labor laws.

Signed... I used to work there as a college student. I was originally hired as a holiday temp cashier. When the time drew near the end of the season, they'd asked me to fill out an availability sheet. Although I'd made myself available open to close on Saturdays and Sundays (and that was every, not every other), and then 4 to close M-Th, 2 -close F - to accommodate my education, they complained that I wasn't available enough of the day. They wanted to see the start time at 3. So I said I could start at 3. I'd even given up my breaks as a floating cashier (when I'd gone to give everyone breaks), and that wasn't good enough either. They also told me that I'd "put the help light on" too often. Yet, other cashiers had them on much more often than I did...

I don't think they value good workers. I always try to bust butt at my job, and give above and beyond what is expected.
