One word: 'Tanglenet'
An Internet that cannot be controlled or interfered with by government should be the next big challenge. Whether it's the Tanglenet model from 'Escape from Terra', the Hearing Ear model from 'Shockwave Rider', or some other universal communication mode, freedom lies in the inability of the government to stop the signal. Browncoats Unite!
