A federal court in New York just ruled indefinite detention UNCONSTITUTIONAL and issued a permanent injunction against use of that law. It would have allowed the military to detain civilians -- even Americans -- indefinitely and without trial if they're

You mean he is the only Presidential candidate allowed media access that might listen; the other corporate candidate, Romney won't. And the systems goes on ignoring the other parties and their candidates simply because they aren't on the corporate dime.

UP WITH OBAMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gladly signed! How is it that Congress shows bipartisanship in voting for bills that hurt the American people like this bill, anything that favors Israel, tax cuts for the rich, and going to some kind of war.

Oh yes...Signed & Noted. This is great news, and I hope Obama pays attention to this petition from many of his supporters. All Dumbya was ever concerned about was appealing to his base and bending over backwards to please them. When Obama took office, I really did expect him to do the same and was so disappointed and confused when he gave us the back of his hand. I'm still hoping things will turn around; and doing my best to push in that direction.
