USDA records reveal that Monsanto has conducted 279 field tests of herbicide-resistant wheat on over 4,000 acres in 17 states since 1994. Monsanto has received at least 35 notices of noncompliance from 2010 through 2013, more than any other company.

Thanks for the story Nancy. Monsanto acts as if it is above the law. Unfortunately it usually is. Fines are little more than a slap on the wrist for this corporate giant even when they are actually assessed.

OF course the powers that be did not want me to see this headline........I started watching programs about Monsanto several years ago and yes this company thinks it rules the government.

Noted. Thanks, Nancy. Another big black mark against Monsanto. Seems every day there's something new and dastardly that they're doing. I've been wondering if they eat this food themselves; and do their families eat this? Do they tell family & friends to avoid these foods? Or, do they serve them at family gatherings? Sure would be nice to find out.

Noted. I believe this is further proof that the USDA is corrupt.
