FDA has been repeatedly reminded of the obligation for tribal consultation not only by tribes themselves, but also by national organizations like the National Congress of American Indians and First Nations Development Institute.

Noted - haven't the "new" Americans already done enough to native American Indians without STILL ignoring them? (Same with "new-er" Australians still ignoring indigenous (or Aboriginal) people after all this time - disgusting, for both, as far as I'm concerned.

Our government has been giving it to the American Indians, since we invaded their territories. We, as a nation, should be ashamed, in stead of continuing to take, take, take, everything we can, for what we call PROGRESS.
What a joke !!!

Noted, tried to send the email with no luck tonight. We are still breaking treaties with the American Indians, they and hillbillies are the only groups left who can be discriminated against freely.
