Asylum seekers are subjected to long-term and sometimes indefinite detention, often in remote locations. This causes anxiety, illness, self-harm and suicide.

Signed & noted. I have been really upset about Australia's appalling treatment of refugees for some time. Some of these people become insane &/or commit suicide. Both parties in Australia, when in power, have taken no notice of this - nothing remotely humane re this situation.

Great campaign Nancy, gladly S&N. It makes me extremely embarrassed to be Australian when I hear how we treat refugees.
