Diets are just another way for people to make money. It's important to do your own research and build your own diet, protein is important however animal fat is very bad for you regardless of skin scrapping or part selection. The most important things you can get is vegetables and fruits along with seeds and nuts. To help with any hunger that comes along with this adaptation intake large amounts of fiber for that will counter act the hungry feeling.
