Applaud McDonald's goal to have all sustainable packaging by 2025. Fast food convenience comes at a heavy price price: waste. The burger wrapping, bags, condiment packets, and, worst of all, straws are used on average for a few minutes and then sent...

I'm not a McDonald's customer and I will not be, because I really hate this kind of junk-food. And, I would like to see they implement the changes immediately - not by 2025!

Most definitely SS&N! Thx for sharing Kalliope. Haven't stepped foot into MickeyD's in decades, but am glad they're moving in a greener direction.

Signed. Thanks, Kalliope. Disclaimer - I don't support McDonald's and its meat based junk food menu. However, I'm hoping this will encourage McDonald's to do better. A birding guide in my area recently birded in Brazil, and in some places the smoke from burning rainforests made birding difficult. He was informed by a local guide in Brazil that McDonalds is responsible for the burning rainforests, to make room for cattle. I forget the numbers, but they were staggering.

Noted and signed. Thank you, Kalliope. I think I've been in McDonald's three times in the last 10 years, usually with someone who likes their coffee. Just can't bring myself to like them for any reason.
