The federal government is on track to file just 1,365 prosecutions for financial institution fraud in fiscal year 2011, according to a new report from a watchdog group. That would be the lowest number of such prosecutions in at least two decades.

When you fix the game, you always come out on top. Someone needs to start a website. Call it "" If everyone in the 99% donated to the cause, even as little as a dollar. Set it up as a PAC, let the contributers vote on what problem we want to tackle and what politicians to target, we then donate this money to these idiots, whose salaries we pay, maybe we could possibly get something done.

I suggest we get rid of corporate personhood (legal money laundering),set term limits, limit banker bonuses, make bail outs illegal, make manditory transparency in government, enforce lobbying limits (bribery), a new truth in lending act, eliminate stock market speculation, ......I could go on an on, but the problems are massive. Where do we begin?

A more logical place to start is OWS. They surely can't shoot us all. Right?

I definitely agree with all of you. Corporate personhood has got to go for sure. In general we need to just seperate Corporation and State. I'm so glad thet people have finally reached enough of a boiling point to take to the streets.

So Obama's JD is prosecuting less than even George Bush did. And this is after years of the most blatant, up front criminal activity the world has ever seen by banks. Well, considering Obama's cabinet is almost all Wall Street and Fed insiders, I guess this isn't at all surprising.

Obama is supposed to be a Democrat? We're supposed to support him and reject the chain of fools on the right? We are so screwed.
