Adding insult to injury, many of the checks sent out to victims from the fraudclosure settlement have bounced. Terms of the fraudclosure settlement are bad enough but now it seems the victims will have to wait a little longer after trying to deposit...

Absolutely disgusting. Until these CEO's and others who are responsible for this start to serve time instead of paying out smaller monies than they profitted from their despicable activities this will continue on.

I do give Elizabeth Warren much credit, she clearly states out what is going on, she gets them to clearly state out their positions, as odious as it is, and at least places it now on public record for all to see. It is in hopes, once the light is shed clearly on these things that more will start to come about to actually "fix" this so it doesn't keep continuing.

Yes Dandelion, this is despicable. Elizabeth warren is great, because she does pin these guys down. It's not all over by a long shot. More justice may be done yet, I hope. These guys who are criminals need to do some time for sure!
