Banks that try to take private losses and pin them on taxpayers may have a new problem. Here's what you should know.

Elizabeth Warren wants to reinstate the Glass-Steagall Act and she should.

We need to put regulations back into place.

Ty, Judy.

Noted. Saw a video of her discussing this with some news types. Her personal presentation is impressive. All the best to her, especially if she can get Tea Partiers to do something good for folks who need it.

E. Warren has the power and support to get this job done and have Banks regulated.

Thanks, everyone. Warren is so good at what she does. The banks need to quit playing casino with our money, and then expecting a bailout when it doesn't work. The bankers and their cronies hate her, and that's a very good sign!

We are extremely lucky to have her. She may be one of a handful of folks who can bridge the canyon between honesty and greed.

I would vote for her for any office she might choose to run for. I also trust her to be knowledgeable as to where in government she can have the biggest impact..

This is a great idea.
One of the failings of the Clinton presidency, was the removal of the original Glass-Steagall Act.
I am so glad that she decided to run for office.

All the best to Elizabeth Warren. She's a determined, intelligent person who wants the very best for all of America. The banking industry may hate her but that's not going to stop her.

So, we must all write our Senators to support the Brown-Vitter bill. I just hope they can keep it clean; without pork and nasty amendments that just basically end up nullifying the whole thing. Warren would have my vote for Pres. in a heartbeat, too! Just makes me sick--all these banks gambling with depositors' money to benefit their shareholders and executive bonuses. Mortgage-backed derivatives have also got to go....that would be a great amendment.

I bet they are sorry that they blocked her appointment. Now she is a Senator and can cause the bankers more problems. Elizabeth Warren for President.
