We decided to take a closer look at exactly who is facilitating the transport of the stolen crude and where it ultimately ends up because you can be sure that the story you get from the major wires will be colored by a slavish tendency to avoid...

Thanks Judy--without these profitable enterprises the terrorists would be far weaker at least.

It's interesting to see where this oil is going. It's certainly ironic that so much destruction and conflict is going on in the world over a resource that is going to be increasingly trending toward obsolescence.

Noted. Thanks for posting, Judy.
Just reading all the the "players" and countries involved makes me believe more than ever that the U.S. just needs to get out of the middle of this......as well as stop financial support to Israel. Let them fight it out by hook or by crook. Let us spend our hard-earned tax money within our own U.S. for our people and programs here, rather than on a war that is so convoluted we are arming the opposition and basically fighting ourselves.

Very interesting, indeed.
I've also read some opinions:
ISIS was created by Israel. It's their operation. It's all a giant scam so they can make easy money off of essentially stolen oil. Ashkelon and Haifa moving oil to Europe is their grand dream. Israel fights with subversion. They know they can't win a standup fight, so they avoid them and manipulate others into doing it for them. They only have their safety due to controlling the House of Saud, and they are very good at propaganda. (They push the image of the lame duck white men down our throats in every tv show...)
ISIS was created and is supported by the US and all the carnage and death in the ME is intentionally done directly, by bombing, or indirectly through proxies, ISIS or it's ilk, by the US.

However, here's MY opinion: The ME = a place of despair. sorry. one should rather find alternative resources; and ditch the oil altogether!
And while I'm at it; here's some more interesting content related to 'resources':

Aha, a Zero Hedge article where all are written by nom de plume "Tyler Durden", a character from "Fight Club." On occasion, they get it right, but frequently they dredge up marvelous conspiracy theories. The tone of this piece suggests 2+2=5. Kurdish oil may well be stored in Israel, but I doubt ISIL oil is - it does not do business with crazy Islamic terrorists, nor did Israel "create" ISIL.
