Even though the U.S. Army Corp and the Obama Administration denied a key easement needed to complete the Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) last month, the struggle against the controversial pipeline is far from over.

This fight is far from over. We need to keep supporting the water defenders at Standing Rock, and elsewhere.

Why the push to get the environmental review started has been so important--that process cannot legally be stopped just because it is what a president or agency head prefers. Thanks for the update Judy.

the media will go onto more "important " things...Kim K's choice of tampons or something.
We have to keep the pressure on the real stuff that matters.

Gov. Burgum: ""I support the legal completion of this pipeline. Make no mistake, this infrastructure is good for our economy. And it's the safest way to transport North Dakota products. Failure to finish it would send a chilling signal to those in any industry who wish invest in our state and play by the rules."

Energy Transfer Partners have not played by the rules. AND, Burgum can trash his own state if he wants, and if the people of ND want that. (Certainly plenty of them, especially the Natives Americans, don't.) However, we in Nebraska will have our drinking water fouled by this thing, which does not benefit us. This thing is bigger than Burgum and his fossil fuel buddies' little world.
