It is called "global warming" hence everyone is feeling something off kilter in their own areas.

Where I live in Central MN we've had hardly any snow this year. Of course, March, our snowiest month, has yet to come. Add to that the NCAA basketball tournaments and we could turn all of that around. Thanx Judy.
