This Guy Has Lost It: American Jihad?!

US Politics & Gov't  (tags: keith ablow, fox news )

This guy thinks that America should have a Jihad. That's right we should show how much we believe in freedom and why our system of government is superior, you know.. by FORCING others to accept "freedom."

Description at the beginning is the author's opinion. Ablow's exact quotes are shown in light tan boxes.

Jihad is an emotionally loaded term and he is well aware of it! No wonder the US has lost so much respect around the world. What an idiot!

Thank you Ashley

Hasn't America pretty much been on a jihad since the Korean War (if not earlier)?

One "tiny" problem--on most measures of efficacy across nations (economic, well-being, mortality and other health) the US is doing worse that many or most countries so how can it be the best?

This is one man with one opinion and he, in no way, represents the thoughts and opinions of Fox News. He represents his own personal feelings. As the democrats have their "loons" so does the republican party. This isn't about Fox News. It is about this man.

It's not from the mouth of a ten year old either......even the educated idiots on FOX come up with the most absurd ideas maybe only to grasp attention they wouldn't get being sensible.

Here's a list of countries Republicans have said they want to invade: Iraq, Iran, Syria, Nigeria, Libya, Somalia, Pakistan, and, of course, Afghanistan. A small number of Republicans have advocated invading
Russia and Mexico (Canada better watch its step). I've probably missed a few. So, although he says
a mercenary army, people who will kill on command from orders from the highest bidder, I'm wondering if we could do all that jihading without a military draft. And at what cost in national blood and treasure?

That's why I'm extremely wary of Republicans. Their idea of freedom is everyone being free to do whatever we make them do.

OK, Diane, fair enough. If that's the case, though, it would be nice to see a disclaimer from Fox News.

Maybe I missed it?

This is one man with one opinion and he, in no way, represents the thoughts and opinions of Fox News.

Then why do they keep on doing what Fox does? You just can't keep saying that and be taken seriously, Diane.
Fox is one giant hate and fear machine. They took your mind and left you saying unbelievable things. If only they left you with the capability to think for yourselves. You have a duty to.
