Bernie Sanders Gained The Most Twitter Followers During The GOP Debate

Sanders was live-tweeting his dissenting opinions throughout the GOP event tweeting his liberal opinions while the Republicans duked it out on stage drew people drew to his campaign. GOP debate was very chaotic and difficult to watch.

every GOP debate gets scarier and scarier and makes me more and more concerned about our country and the future of the world.....we need to stop the GOP and have more leaders like Bernie, Bernie, Bernie!!! (although if he doesn't win the nomination I will be a strong supporter for Hillary)

I'm so excited to hear of his gaining popularity. He really has momentum--only a real shame he gets so lil coverage from the media. thx Dandelion

Another night where I HAD TO sacrifice my night sleep! It was WORSE than suspected.
Naturally, the last section-fight against ISIL and how to deal with Putin interested me the most..and shocked me the most!

I sincerely hope it also shocked many more Americans right to the point for voting for Bernie!

I hope so too Angelika. Ben Carson, a Dr., that seemed to have no problem with innocent children being killed. Put it something in the framework that they'll get over it as it's for the greater good. The whole thing was full of what nightmares are made of; that they showed it before retiring - good luck for a peaceful sleep. This should of been shown in the morning with a "warning".....your perspective leaders will scare the daylights out of you.

The only clear choice we have is Bernie Sanders in my book.......but I understand Dave when he states he'll have to support Hillary if Bernie doesn't get it. Here we go again, the lesser of two evils and we keep going in the direction that these lunatics of the 1% want us to go. The GOP is so off the charts that out of fear she'll she is such a bargain. In the meantime none of the 3rd Parties will ever be heard, with a much better choice than why Bernie HAD to run under the Democratic Party, if he didn't, he wouldn't of had a snowball's chance in hell of winning. You can see how much he has been ignored even being on a Democratic ticket.

Noam Chomsky stated things well. I posted his interview if anyone wants to watch it, and Judy's comment broke the video down quickly.

The good news is that Bernie Sanders has won Democracy for America's survey. There were 271,527 votes cast Martin O'Malley, Bernie Sanders, and Hillary Clinton. Bernie Sanders got 87.9% of the vote.

I will vote for Bernie for President in 2016. If he does not make it past the primary, I will write his name in. I can't in good conscience vote for Hillary Clinton. We have to quit voting for the lesser of two evils. Bernie Sanders is our chance to do it.

Right now, the current Democrat Party is much like what the Republican Party used to be. As the Republican Party has shifted more and more to the right, it has pulled the Democrat Party along with it. We need to pull it back the other way.

Noted. Thanks for giving me a big smile, Dandelion.
Although Bernie seems to be "flying under the radar" right now, I'm not worried. Glad to hear about the bloodletting during the GOP debate (sorry, I just don't have the stomach to watch any of those!). Let them rip each other to shreds, and watch Bernie soar in the polls in 2016. I'm with Donna G. on this, and will write in his name if it comes to that, although I'm betting it won't.

Thank you Donna for letting me know about Bernie Sanders and the Democracy for America's survey. I know I entered but had not read the results. I'm sure it's an email I haven't gotten to *wink*. I too am tired of having the lesser of two evils, as it is said, it is still evil. How about one day we have the better of two goods to select from.

A big applause for Donna, she got it absolutely right!
I also read DFA's email earlier and frankly, stumbled over the phrasing " Please chip in $3 or more now to support Bernie and DFA by 11:59pm PT on Saturday and show them that we're in this to win it!"
lol, who are they fooling..? 'Support Bernie and DFA' .. anyone's 3 bucks would certainly be better invested directly to Bernie's campaign.
I assume most here will know that both the Dean brothers are on Hillary's side, actually Howard is aiding her campaign.

Perhaps they meant donate $3 to EACH, wouldn't know as I did not follow that link for contribution.

As the media and many others keep underestimating Bernie's attraction, he just quietly goes about getting the word out. He did make Barbara Walters' most interesting people of the year show and his short interview was great. He is the beacon of light in a very dark work right now...go, Bernie, go!
