The insane reality that a candidate like Bernie can rouse thousands to take to the streets for him and yet still be treated by the media and the DNC like some kind of long shot underdog only further proves the deliberate nature of their campaign sabotage

It is a measure of how and what the power-possessors really think of the electorate. . .

The more I read, the less I understand how the "official" media are twisting & manipulating "Mr/Ms Average US citizen"
- Opinion polls showing this kind of support for Bernie ....
yet voters apparently pulling HC's name as their choice - leaving this outsider asking "How many have been convinced that a vote for Bernie is a wasted vote as he doesn't have a chance"?

This is what corporate mergers, especially in the media, lead to--convincing people their only choices are between corporations. Thanks Dandelion. This Media also predicted Clinton would win in MN--where she had a huge defeat by what was described as an educated electorate. MN is actual votes where the caucus element is on selecting delegates, policies and state legislative candidates.

"....long-shot underdog only further PROVES the deliberate nature of their attempted sabotage of his campaign"

"Proof" really hasn't been needed for a very long time to demonstrate that Camp-pains are rigged, money-soaked SCAMS at all levels Fed, State, and local. But thank you for posting, anyway.

Unless Bernie is the Democratic nominee, the contest will be between Republican Lite (Hillary) and Extreme Right-Wing Bugnut. Small choice in rotten fish!

A storm is coming.

Not to worry. The turtle won the race.

A couple weeks ago I sent $30 to Bernie 2016. I never donated to a political campaign in my life! Last Saturday we went to the March for Bernie at Daley Plaza in Chicago. Thursday I voted for Bernie and his Illinois delegates. I wore my Bernie T shirt to go to the building office of pay the rent. Our manager loved it! She's so into Bernie. And she's black so please don't say he no black support.

What really gets me is third party candidates are not acknowledged let alone allowed to attend the debates. They also are not covered by our news media. Why is it Al Jazeera or Russian television will cover them but not our own government. How sad is that. We are making progress but not enough.....yet.

And did anyone read this article as well....

Hilary has a new commercial with the mayor of Flint and some flint residents, she has said she cares about Flint and wants to help them. She wasn't here before and she won't be later, she is only here for votes! While she wasn't here talking to people Bernie was but he didn't make a commercial to capitalize on it and she did. She has got some people in Flint including the new mayor hoodwinked.

Thank you Debbie for the extra link. I really wish that people would fully "vet" their perspective Candidate for if they did there is no way that people would come out voting for Hillary nor the GOP.

Bernie IS the ONLY Candidate that has stood on the side of the people and the environment.

Also think about that when you go to hold your nose "if" Bernie doesn't win the Primary.
REVOLT AGAINST THE PLUTOCRACY

I don't know whether we'll see the necessary miracle, the turn-around for Bernie's nomination, in time ....

But somehow, I think the 2016 election process is going to mark a significant change in US elections .... Debbie's comment reminds me of this - because she points out what many US citizens are beginning to recognise - others outside are getting a broader view of who stands for what in the US

And as the comments of others also points out to those who read through these posts - there is a rising process of assuming responsibility for the political process among individuals. People who are participating in the primaries' voting for the first time .... People waking up to the realisation that maybe they are only one little voice .... but EACH little voice can count when used together for someone who actually WANTS to listen to them!

This could spin over to third party/ independents receiving more attention in future elections, breaking the back of what is currently almost a monopoly of political space (well ... duopoly? Is there such a word for when only two parties "control" the process????)

Duopoly....a situation in which two suppliers dominate the market for a commodity or service.

Our Parties are suppose to supply a service......they are failing.

Is why I voted for Rocky Anderson of the Justice Party last Presidential election instead of Obama that had shown me he was just another Corporate "tool". Or as Dr. Cornel West points out, "colorful Elites". Rocky on his website had spoken at length about the two party duopoly.

I supported him and this new Party, The Justice Party, to try to give it some growth. The Green Party is one I support and what I am hopes for is that we start getting to choose between the better of two goods, ie a Green Party and the Justice Party.......rather than the continuation of the lesser of two evils, the Democrat and Republican Party and who they push as Corporate "tools".

People really do have to wake up to this.......and thankful there is a lot more movement as you say Evelyn of at least people paying more attention. Now they need to keep advancing in their political awareness.

I'm doing as much as I can in promoting Sanders. I spread as much awareness and ask my friends to do the same. I get polls sent to me frequently asking about candidates and I I click on Sanders. They ask for the 2nd choice and I tell them Jill Stein from the Green party. Many people are diehard Dems and will vote for Hillary if she is the nominee. I'm an independent and I simply do not want to vote for her. I just hope it doesn't come down to the best of the 2 evils. Hilliary and Trump. Anything could happen with that combo. I truly believe Sanders would win over Trump.

I was just number 29,838th share on facebook. That is a lot of shares and adding in the networking multiplying of like minded people that is a lot of support.

Keep up the good work. I just came back from our local Bike Week.....I walked around with my Bernie Sanders shirt and passed out flyers to people. Our local Bike Week in Florida is still attended by people from all over in this Country, so it was worth the time.

Noted. Thanks, Dandelion.

That was an amazing turnout in Chicago! And, although it seems Clinton has already crowned herself publicly, she must know of the enormous numbers that Bernie is getting at his rallies. I agree that the media is tilting the election in her favor unfortunately. But, we still have a lot of states to go.
I had been receiving mailings from usuncut, since I attended the Occupy protests here, and hadn't noticed I hadn't received anything from them recently, so I re-subscribed to their mailings.

I didn't hear anything about these rallies at all. I wish I could say I'm surprised. It's a full-time job just trying to pursue the truth in election news, let alone all of the other news. It's a sorry state of affairs when the function of the news media is to hide most of the truth from the public. Thanks Dandelion. Also, thanks to Debbie for the link.
