The responses in CA and AL differ because of who got hurt in each community. The neighborhoods in CA are affluent largely white the million-dollar homes belonging to politicians and doctors. The affected area of Eight Mile is mostly black n working class

Keep on fracking and drilling and Earth will have no choice but to keep on taking leaks--but on the wrong heads--the innocents'. America, has continuously shown it's disdain for the poor, needy, elderly, disabled and is definitely a racist, separatist nation. Add to it the intolerance for those different than themselves. That's a big reason why so many vote for Trump. They're watching his beyond outrageous bombastic behavior and his impatient urgings to join in the destruction of the present structure and those different, either politically, religiously, sexually--whatever. Trump ought to be legally dealt with for inciting the masses to violence. This separatism is what is the major destructive force on the planet. It displays itself with situations, smaller---like allowing sickness, disease, tainting of water and food, methane leaks, radiation festerings, to continue in certain areas---yet be addressed in others. It shows in the aftermath of both natural and unnatural cataclysmic events, when some areas are attended to and others are forever ignored. From the American Indian and African American, to the downtrodden. From an ethnic or religious unapproved belief to being too politically left. In America, just like castes in India, we have ultra-overt separatism. In these critical times, with Earth so overpopulated, so depleted of all resources, in such political and socio-economic upheaval, with too many wars and lighter tangles raging and our atmosphere rebelling with climate change super-storms, millions upon millions of angry, desperate refugees, immigrants, homeless citizens---I believe this has all prompted the 1% to escalate their 20 year old "cleansing plan". They need what's left of resources and they also recognize that Earth is not standing-up to the above strains any longer. The odds of the elitist's and the planet's survival are greatly increased by alleviating it of one major problem. Overpopulation. So, they require just one thing from the less appealing of the masses---their absence. Thus, the ongoing methane leaks, poisoned water, food etc.. etc..etc.. Thanks Sheryl, dear Dandelion.

Noted. Thanks, Dandelion.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think that AL gov't opted out of providing Medicare for all of their citizens, which means most of the people in this area do not have access to health care. Yes, this is absolutely a travesty. And, the EPA should not defer to the state on this matter; apparently new regulations are in order. The GOP being in the majority in Congress only seeks to weaken the powers and regulations of the EPA. Time for change!

Shame on you Alabama. California got results because they stood up for the communities where this crap happened. Bernie is against "FRACKING". It is destroying this planet. Wake Up America Bernie can win. If he for any reason is shut out by corporate America wouldn't it at least be nice to know you voted for someone who for the first time isn't owned and will tell you the truth? Bernie is the only one telling it like it is. Noted TY Dandelion
