This Fourth of July weekend, as we celebrate our independence and democracy, we pay tribute to the champions of grassroots action fighting against the moneyed interests trying to buy and control government.

The Christian right-wingers have also forgotten "Thou Shalt Not COVET" others territory and resources.
Will try and watch this today, Dandelion, thanks for posting it.

i have never been interested in American independence day, Canada day, etc, for the same reasons i'm not interested in Australia day!
They are a celebrations & honour of genocide to the true owners of the lands.

❤️:-))❤️Avericiousness is doing well. Much to my disgust. I'm a simple soul and believe we only need what we need to survive nothing too much more than that.❤️

Thanks Dandelion. Again, **************Green Star Shower for gathering and energizing positive forces.

The Peacemakers of the planet are uniting, creating a positive force of energy to combat that great miasmic oppression that has for too long been Earth's experience. Earth and all living, are dying---and mostly due to what the 1% of evil, deceitful destroyers have done and will go on doing, unless they are physically stopped.

To me, this has nothing to do with formal religion. It comes from natural inner awareness. When the survival of the planet and all life is at stake, innate abilities tell souls to lay down their arms, unite, use all energies and means available to fight their true enemies---the corrupt 1%. Remove them from governments and all places of power. There are those who have plans drawn to replace their negativities with positives.

They're ready to address Climate Change as an emergency. (Dr. Jill Stein is one). Ready to work with scientists, environmentalists and address all major environmental issues. That is the place to start. Save the planet and you save the life on it. The indigenous and other true "Human Beings" are peacemakers, saviors of life, diplomats, unifiers, healers, elevating enlighteners, truth tellers, positive forces who defend that which is good and destroy that which is evil.

If your inner awareness doesn't make clear to you which is which, you are one of the problems and need to do much introspective thinking, as we all have to quickly decide which side we will choose and help in any way we can. If you can't or won't give to the cause of "good", at the least, don't take away.

Noted. Thanks, Dandelion.
Yes, the Occupy Revolution started this off with a bang. It has not disappeared; but has turned into working groups on various issues. I am so glad to see it thrive; but it has taken so long in my opinion.

It was good to take heart that our numbers are finally growing---and I think we all have Bernie to thank for that. He deserves thanks for helping to bring us all together, and "ignite a fire" within our youth. We need that youthful energy, as they need our wisdom. Together we CAN make the drastic changes needed.

Bookmarking to watch later. What a sad state our country is in. If we don't fight, who will?

Thank you, Dandelion, for this and other informative Videos!

I have been a long-time subscriber to Jim Hightower's newsletter, "The Lowdown" - I think my sister gave me the first subscription - and I do recommend it!

Good that Bill Moyers is carrying on his great work with his Website....

"We are not at takeoff point yet, but building blocks are being put in place"... somewhat of a paraphrase, but this is MY PERSPECTIVE ALSO....
As we have seen from the Rise of the Bernistas, in Politics things can change VERY FAST....
Just a few months ago, nobody had heard of Green Party Presidential Candidate Jill Stein, and now, suddenly, news of her is all over the Internet.... and people are LIKING WHAT THEY HEAR. Jill Stein could even be OUR FIRST WOMAN PRESIDENT, without any of Hillary's embarrassing and shameful baggage [like the MURDER OF ENVIRONMENTALIST BERTA CACERES]....
Especially if Jill Stein teams up with Bernie!
[As for Bernie's promise to not run against Hillary - ALL SUCH PROMISES ARE INVALIDATED BY FRAUD on the other Party's side. There were NO promises made to FRAUD. [California Vote still being re-counted, looks like BERNIE WINS! like the Exit Polls said he was going to.....]

But, the 'Conventions are still a ways off, and A LOT COULD HAPPEN IN A SHORT TIME....

I certainly agree with what you wrote Barbara.....

Dr Jill Stein and Bernie Sanders would be the ticket that would beat Trump and Hillary.

M Y observation is that most of such groups are filled with people who ENVY those who are successful and would love to have more money and power, but had made some wrong decisions in life and cannot compete. This hypocrisy reminds me of the Indian gurus and Buddhist Lamas who travel in the West for fundrising while claiming that material world does not exist..

Vlasta, yet according to your profile you belong to some of those groups! What does that say about you? Don't compare others to yourself
