Eric Rardin is the Chief Executive Officer of Care2, where he leads the company's mission to help charities and causes build something no other platforms offer: lasting relationships from finding new supporters to engaging, retaining, and converting them into donors.
Eric believes the biggest challenges facing nonprofits today are finding and retaining donors. Under his leadership, Care2 has expanded its relationship infrastructure for mission-driven organizations — supporting the full supporter lifecycle from first action to long-term commitment.
Before becoming CEO, Eric led revenue, partnerships, and product strategy across Care2's platform, working closely with nonprofits across animal welfare, environmental protection, human rights, health, and social justice. His approach blends commercial discipline with a deep respect for mission — aligning growth with belief, trust, and long-term impact rather than volume alone.
Eric's leadership reflects Care2's core conviction: movements aren't built on leads — they're built on relationships. Everything Care2 does — from recruitment to advocacy to fundraising — is designed to turn one-time actions into lasting commitment.
Eric holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, as well as graduate and undergraduate degrees in political science and international studies. He also serves on nonprofit boards focused on animal welfare and conservation.
